Mahindra XUV700 and Thar Are Coming in 2026.
Mahindra’s popular SUVs, XUV700 and Thar (3-door), are getting new updates in early 2026! They will look cooler and have more new features, but the engines will stay the same.
2026 Mahindra XUV700
- The new XUV700 will have a stylish new look, with a front grill, LED lights, and other cool designs like the electric XEV 9e SUV.
- Inside, it will have three screens, a new dashboard, better sound system, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to connect your phone easily.
- It will still have the same strong engines:
- A 2.0L petrol engine making 200PS power
- A 2.0L diesel engine making 155PS power

2026 Mahindra Thar
- The new Thar will be launched a little later than planned, probably near Diwali 2026.
- It will look like the bigger Thar Roxx, with new designs and features.
- Inside, it will have a new digital dashboard, a bigger touchscreen, and a new steering wheel.
- It may also have ambient lights, wireless phone charger, ventilated seats, a 360° camera, and safety features like Level 2 ADAS.
- It will still have strong engines:
- A 2.0L petrol engine making 152bhp
- A 1.5L diesel engine making 119bhp
- A 2.2L diesel engine making 130bhp
You can choose between rear-wheel drive (RWD) or four-wheel drive (4WD) to go anywhere!
