Now any challan will be waived in Lok Adalat, you just have to do this

Lok Adalat is a court where you can go to get any of your pending challans waived. Every year you are given four chances to get your challan waived or the fine reduced. But if you do not use this opportunity properly, then what is the use of it? If you want your challan to be cancelled in Lok Adalat, you need to follow this process.

This is necessary to get challan waived:

In Lok Adalat, you have to speak for yourself. In this, you do not have to go with a lawyer. The challan can be disposed of only if the other person agrees with you. In this, you should have all the necessary things like a copy of the old challan, all the vehicle documents, token number and appointment letter. If any of these documents are missing or you fail to prove your case properly, your challan will not be waived or the fine will not be reduced.

Get rid of three challans at once:

If you think that you can dispose of multiple challans at once, then you have to be a little patient. You can dispose of 3 challans at a time. For the remaining challans, you will have to wait for the next Lok Adalat. You may be served 3 challans each time in the 4 courts to be held this year.
