Ferrari introduced a new sports car called the Amalfi

Ferrari has launched a brand-new sports car named Amalfi, which replaces the Roma model. It has a fresh design inside and outside and is powered by a 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 engine that produces 631 horsepower and 760Nm of torque. The car uses an 8-speed automatic gearbox and can go from 0 to 100km/h in 3.3 seconds, and 200km/h in 9 seconds. It has a balanced 50:50 weight distribution for better performance.

Sharp and stylish design

The Amalfi looks similar to the Roma but has sharper lines and a cleaner design. The front has a wide air intake and sleek bonnet, while the back has an active spoiler to help with stability at high speeds. A new green colour called Verde Costiera (inspired by Italy’s Amalfi coast) is also introduced with this car.

Modern interior with physical buttons

Inside, the car has a dual-cockpit layout with three screens – a 15.6-inch driver screen, a 10.25-inch central touchscreen, and an 8.8-inch screen for the passenger. One important change is that physical buttons are back on the steering wheel, including the metal start button. This is a return to traditional controls, replacing the touch buttons that many owners didn’t like.

Advanced driving tech and comfort features

Ferrari has added new technology to improve how the car drives, such as brake-by-wire, ABS Evo system from the 296 GTB, and Side Slip Control 6.1 for better cornering. The steering is also updated to feel sharper. The rear spoiler adjusts automatically to give better grip and control based on how you drive.

Comfort and safety features

Optional features include massage and ventilated seats, a 14-speaker Burmester sound system, and a front lift system that raises the car by 40mm to easily go over speed bumps. It comes with 20-inch wheels and two tyre options: Bridgestone Potenza Sport or Pirelli P ZERO. For safety, it includes adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and blind spot warning.
