Even though SUVs are becoming more popular, some car brands still focus on sedans for people who love them. In India, the mid-size sedan segment has models like the Skoda Slavia, VW Virtus, Hyundai Verna, and Honda City. Hyundai Verna Facelift
- The current-gen Verna, launched in 2023, will get a facelift in 2026.
- Expect changes to the front and rear with new headlamps, tail-lamps, grille, and bumpers.
- Inside, it may get an updated touchscreen and new digital driver’s display.
- Engine options will remain the same: 1.5L NA petrol and 1.5L turbo petrol, with manual, CVT, and DCT gearbox choices.

Skoda Slavia Facelift
- Launch expected in early 2026.
- New grille, bumpers, LED lights, and updated styling.
- Cabin will get a revised dashboard, larger digital display, 360-degree camera, new sound system, electronic parking brake, ADAS (Level 2), and panoramic sunroof.
- Engines: 1.0L turbo petrol (115hp) and 1.5L turbo petrol (150hp) with manual, torque converter, and DCT options.
Volkswagen Virtus Facelift
- Launch expected by mid-2026.
- New front/rear bumpers, updated headlamps & tail-lamps, and new alloys.
- Cabin upgrades include new upholstery, interior scheme, 360° camera, panoramic sunroof, and Level 2 ADAS.
- Same engines: 1.0L turbo petrol with manual & torque converter, and 1.5L turbo petrol with 7-speed DCT.
