The company says this concept is built with a design theme called “Unique, Smart, Positive”,  three words that describe the car’s looks and purpose perfectly.

A Design Made for Everyday People

The first thing you’ll notice about the Suzuki Vision e-Sky is its compact and tall design. It’s built to handle small streets and tight parking spots, perfect for crowded cities like Mumbai, Tokyo, or Delhi. The car has a bright front with a full-width LED light bar and stylish “C-shaped” lights on both sides.

Suzuki has used a two-tone color scheme, meaning the roof is painted in a different shade than the body, giving it a youthful look. The door handles sit flat against the body, and the wheels have a modern design that adds to its futuristic appeal.

In terms of size, the Vision e-Sky measures around 3.4 meters long, 1.5 meters wide, and 1.6 meters tall,  making it similar to the Suzuki WagonR in height but slightly shorter. The dashboard is minimal, with two digital screens,  one showing driving information and the other acting as a touchscreen for media and controls. The steering wheel has a unique square-round shape with easy-to-reach buttons.

Suzuki has used light colors like soft blues and purples inside to create a relaxing vibe. LED lights run across the dashboard, glowing softly to match your driving mood. The gear lever is tucked neatly under the dashboard, freeing up extra legroom.

What Powers the Suzuki Vision e-Sky?

Suzuki has not revealed all the technical details yet, but the company says the Vision e-Sky can travel over 270 kilometers on a single charge. That’s more than enough for daily commutes or weekend trips around town.

The battery and electric motor system has been developed with help from Suzuki’s long-time partners, Toyota and Daihatsu. This partnership means Suzuki’s EVs will be safe, reliable, and efficient. The car’s platform (the base structure) is flexible, which means future small Suzuki EVs could share the same technology.

Charging details are not announced yet, but it’s expected that Suzuki will offer both normal home charging and fast-charging options once the car moves into production.

When Will It Launch?

Suzuki has confirmed that it plans to bring the production version of the Vision e-Sky to market by 2026. It will first appear in Japan and then expand to other countries.

For India, this concept could become the foundation for Suzuki’s first affordable city-electric car under the Maruti Suzuki brand. Considering India’s growing demand for small, efficient EVs, the Vision e-Sky’s size and design fit perfectly with what Indian buyers want.

Suzuki’s Electric Future
